Albeego and its parent company Remarkable Technology have been developing the Albeego Service and its suite of devices since 2020. During that time, we have concluded that our strength lies in our ability not just to develop new, inventive, and novel technology, but also our ability to apply continuous development to those technologies, keeping them technically relevant and avoiding the ever too common problem of obsolescence.
In order to allow us to focus on maintaining our evergreen approach, we have decided to engage with industry partners to create a Reseller Program to deliver the Albeego Service. In many cases the partners we are looking for already have both the capability to deliver our products and services, but also a client base that would benefit from this type of novel technology. So, to cater for a broad spectrum of potential partners we have developed a Three Tier Partner Program, they are:
Any suitably equipped and skilled organisation can apply to become an Albeego reseller.
The Albeego Platinum Reseller is an organisation that has the skills and resources to both manufacture Albeego devices, and to fully deliver and support the Albeego service. The platinum Reseller will usually have an existing client base and can also choose to modify current Albeego technology, with Albeego agreement to better suite their specific clients need. The devices are then sold as licensed ‘white labelled’ variants of original Albeego Technology.
The platinum Reseller also has the capability to provide initial system design consultancy services and system installation and commissioning. Once commissioned the fully supported Albeego Service Wrap is also then delivered by the Platinum Reseller.
Ongoing Albeego service and support at 1st and 2nd line will be the responsibility of the Platinum Reseller. They will have an Albeego trained team of engineers operating a full Network Operations Centre (NOC), with the option of also offering Security Operations Centre (SOC) services.
Platinum Resellers will be partnered with both Albeego nominated Gold and Ambassador Resellers. Gold Resellers will purchase Albeego hardware from the Platinum partner, and Ambassadors will both purchase hardware and consume Albeego managed services from the Platinum Reseller.
The Albeego Gold Reseller is an organisation that has similar skills and capabilities to that of the Platinum Reseller, with the exception that it will not manufacture or assemble Albeego or ‘whitelisted’ hardware. The Gold Reseller will usually have an existing client base as well as a BD capability.
The Gold Reseller and Platinum Reseller both have the ability to fully deliver and manage the end-to-end Albeego Services. This includes initial installation, commissioning and then ongoing support at 1st and 2nd line. The Gold Reseller will have a trained team of engineers operating a full Network Operations Centre (NOC), with the option of also offering Security Operations Centre (SOC) services.
